The proposed division of the various activities of the French media and publishing giant Vivendi will be put to the vote at a general meeting on December 9, 2024, the group announced in a press release on Ocotber 15, 2024. The three companies, Canal+, Havas and Louis Hachette Group, are to become independent from Vivendi.
