Blue. It's the color for fall and winter.
Inspired by a desire for tranquility, strength and optimism, the Pantone Color Institute has anchored its fall 2016/winter 2017 color palette with two beautiful shades of blue.
Along with the blue shades, which are named "Riverside" and "Airy Blue," Pantone's vivacious fall colors include the more traditional burnt reds and oranges, deep golds and fawn browns.
