DJ Whoo Kid arrested - report
DJ Whoo Kid was reportedly arrested earlier this week (ends12Aug16) over an outstanding family court warrant.
The DJ was detained by Nassau County Sheriff's officers at the SiriusXM office in Manhattan on Monday (08Aug16).
According to TMZ.com, the 43-year-old reportedly missed a court date and a computer database showed he was two years behind on child support payments.
He was reportedly released after proving he was up to date on his payments.
Earlier this year (16), he was briefly jailed after an arrest for traffic violations. The DJ, real name Yves Mondesir, was pulled over by police in New York City after failing to use his headlights while cruising around Manhattan in April (16).
When officers ran Mondesir's details through their system, they discovered his driver's license had been suspended due to a previous incident in 2014, and there was a warrant out for his arrest as he had failed to show up for a court date. He was subsequently taken into custody, but was released hours later after paying a fine.
