DuPont Fabros Technology, Inc. Announces Third Quarter 2016 Dividends on Shares of Its Common and Preferred Stock
WASHINGTON, Sept. 22, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- DuPont Fabros Technology, Inc. (NYSE:DFT), a leading owner, developer, operator and manager of enterprise-class, carrier-neutral, large multi-tenant wholesale data centers announced today that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared cash dividends on shares of both its common and preferred stock for the third quarter of 2016. The following have been declared:
- The Company will pay a $0.47 per common share dividend on October 17, 2016 to shareholders of record as of October 7, 2016;
- The Company will pay a $0.4140625 per share dividend on the 6.625% Series C Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock for the period from August 16, 2016 to November 15, 2016. The dividend will be payable on November 15, 2016 to shareholders of record as of November 1, 2016.
