Muhammad Ali's 1974 WBC heavyweight championship boxing belt and a handwritten letter about his conversion to Islam are among items that will hit the auction block in September, in the biggest such sale since Ali's death in June. Heritage Auctions said on Friday that the auction will include the trunks Ali wore for his "Rumble in the Jungle" victory over George Foreman in Zaire in 1974. The gloves worn by Sonny Liston when he lost his title to Ali in 1964 are also among 79 lots in the Sept. 10 auction.

Boy band mogul Lou Pearlman dies at 62 while serving time for fraud

Lou Pearlman, a former music mogul who launched the careers of boy bands the Backstreet Boys and NSYNC, died on Friday at age 62 while serving a 25-year prison sentence for swindling investors and banks out of more than $300 million, the Federal Bureau of Prisons said on its web site. The cause of death was not immediately clear and a representative for the Bureau of Prisons could not be reached for comment late on Saturday.

Arnold Schwarzenegger says being a bodybuilding champion, movie star and governor of California is not enough - he wants people to be fit too. Schwarzenegger was unveiling the inaugural Arnold Classic Asia Multi-Sport Festival in Hong Kong.
