Russia's Lavrov, Syrian counterpart meeting in New York -RIA
MOSCOW, Sept 23 (Reuters) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov is meeting with his Syrian counterpart in New York to discuss the resolution of the Syria crisis, RIA news agency reported on Friday.
