Senior Russian diplomat: no new agreements on Syria on Friday -IFax
MOSCOW, Sept 23 (Reuters) - There will be no new agreements or decisions on Syria in New York on Friday, the main obstacle being the position of the United States, Interfax news agency quoted Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Gennady Gatilov as saying.
