Russia's Lavrov, U.S.'s Kerry are meeting in New York on Syria
MOSCOW, Sept 20 (Reuters) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry are holding a meeting in New York to discuss a ceasefire in Syria and Monday's air strikes on an aid convoy, Russian news agencies reported.
