Coalition air strikes kill 3 Islamic State fighters in Syria - Turkish military
ANKARA, Sept 13 (Reuters) - The Turkish military said on Tuesday that U.S.-led coalition air strikes killed three Islamic State militants in northern Syria.
The strikes targeted four mortar positions and one defensive position around Syrian towns near Aleppo, the statement said, adding that Turkish airplanes did not participate in the strikes. (Reporting by Orhan Coskun, Writing by Seda Sezer, Editing by Hugh Lawson)
