Russian, Chinese foreign ministers condemn N.Korea's nuclear test
MOSCOW, Sept 12 (Reuters) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi condemned North Korea's latest nuclear test in a telephone conversation on Monday, Russia's Foreign Ministry said.
