Russia seriously concerned over N.Korea's nuclear test -agencies
MOSCOW, Sept 9 (Reuters) - Moscow is seriously concerned by North Korea's latest nuclear test, and U.N. Security Council resolutions concerning this country must be strictly respected, Russian news agencies cited Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov as saying on Friday.
