CORRECTED-U.S. conservative activist Phyllis Schlafly dies at 92

Sept 5 (Reuters) - Phyllis Schlafly, considered a "founding mother" of the modern U.S. conservative movement, died on Monday at age 92, her Eagle Forum group said in a statement.
