Police search for armed person on student campus - University of Tennessee
Sept 3 (Reuters) - Students at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville were told on Saturday to take shelter in a safe place as police searched for a person with a gun on campus, the university said.
Police were investigating a report of a person with a firearm seen on the northeast corner of the campus, where students were advised to get to a safe location and barricade themselves in, the university said in an alert on its website.
