Not The First Time
I'm a twenty-three-year-old white guy. I've been with other guys both younger and older than me. Last Monday, I helped a middle-aged black guy change a tire on the side of the road. I guess he could see me for what I am because he said, “I'm staying at the motel down the street tonight if you’re interested. You won't be disappointed.” I was interested, so I stopped and got a room. I sure wasn't disappointed. When he opened the door to leave, he turned around and said, “Thanks for helping me change that tire.”
