Attitudes Need To Change
I have been wearing panties, slips, and camisoles for over fifty years and have more lingerie than my wife of fifty-three years. When she first saw me in my various things, she was a little upset. But, when I told her that it was a lot more comfortable than men's things, she was all right with it and now we buy my lingerie together. I wear full cut briefs with camisoles in the summer months, and boxer length panties with full length slips in the cold months. I have short nighties for warm weather and waltz length for winter. I love the feel of nylon on my skin and when one has very short equipment, there is no chafing like on men's underwear. It is a little inconvenient to have to pull down my panties to use the restroom, but the overall comfort more than makes up for that. In addition, in cold weather I wear nylon pant liners for additional warmth. I love lace on all my lingerie and I like the pastel colors like pink, blue, and yellow; although I also have black and white. I have only been seen once by others and that was after a car crash when they cut my clothes off in the ambulance on the way to the hospital. I think it's a shame that men can not show off their finery in public for fear of being labeled gay or perverted. A great many of us who love the feel and comfort of lingerie are neither and perhaps someday, attitudes will change and men will be able to show off their lingerie in public as women do.
