A Tenant's Leak
Since my wife gets bored at home, I asked her to help me out. She would collect the rent for our rental properties once a month. The first time we went together, I introduced her to every tenant and told them she would come from then on. She so liked doing it that she asked me to get rid of our handy man for she were able to do the job. That way we could pocket some extra money. She is doing it so well we have no maintenance issues anymore. The only thing I don't like is she is on call twenty-four hours a day. Once, she was called in the middle of the night to get a tenant's leak.
