Sleep Like a Baby

I have been having trouble sleeping lately, so I decided to see my doctor for some help. What she told me to do was somewhat surprising. She said that the reason people have trouble sleeping is built up tensions and anxiety. To relieve these things, she suggested that I pleasure myself before I go to bed. She asked me if I do this and I told her I do each morning when I get up. She told me to continue doing that, but to add it to my evening routine as well. I started and I now sleep like a baby.
