I just changed doctors recently and I had my first visit. During the visit, the doctor, a woman I was referred to, asked me if I was sexually active. I told her I was not and she then asked when was the last time I had sex. I told her it was over a year ago and that's when she gave me some advice. She told me I should relieve myself at least once a week. She said that the male body produces various "fluids" and that if they remain inside the body for too long, it could lead to some serious infections. Therefore, she said I should re-supply those fluids. I told her that I already pleasure myself and I do it about four times a week. I then asked her if by being sexually active do you include pleasuring yourself. She smiled and said everything is fine.
