It's a love I can't possess
It's a yearning of which I obsess
This love is not meant to be
For someone else is pledged to thee
Oh we laugh & cry & console each other
But we both know we can't be together
Perhaps we met just a little too late
or are we just temping fate?
You see I want you, you know I do
and we both know you want me too.
Miles and distance are also in the way-
Yet we know, for you I'd move today.
Still it's true, the other woman, I can't be.
And wont be the one who breaks a family.
So as for now and will always be true,
Know I'm someone who will forever love you.
