We swim into deep water,
with all your might you pull me under.
Yes, our hands come together,
and suddenly it hits me,
like a thousand angels touching my lips.
Yes, altogether your lips touch mine.
It is a great sensation,
but it doesn't last as long as we hope.
We run out of breath,
so we quickly rise to the surface of water.
We hope that even when we are drying off
that somehow we find a way to watch each other.
I become very cold,
so you hold me again.
We lie down in the lifeless sand,
and your legs seem to guide themselves around me.
My head gently lies down on your tan chest
and your breathing is like the pitter-patter of hooves
rushing along a beautiful trial.
