Crashing churning turbulent wild insane feelings,
Depth dark and violent gnawing away at me,
Anguish of loosing self respect I crawl away.

Ravishing hunger of savage raw passion unfolds,
Clutching tearing ripping of dooms domain I enter,
Terror deep embedded in shallow swoop of pity.

Turmoil released from hearts hidden fantasy,
Grasping feebly at bent broken straw of love,
Facing unknown obstacles I struggle foolishly.

Judgmental stance of those before me I weaken,
Lost soul burning in fiery pits of self doubt,
Awkwardly stumbling head first into unknown territory.

Half hearted attempt at reaching out to touch reality,
Failing because of lack of comprehension of denial,
Straying from the cross I bear I weaken my hold.

Bitter sweet taste of victory kiss on frozen lips,
Broken heart weakens to passions fleeing dreams,
Tear stained letter left unwritten for no end is known.

Hard road traveled alone under midnight moon bright,
Shooting stars dying from forgotten wishes once made,
Words spoken in verse of promises made fade painfully.

Dropping to my knees I try to pray to the Lord above,
Words fail me for I see the sin and lies I believed,
While scorn of loving you flashes across dark skies.

Kneeling for hours I cry out why must I suffer so?
When the blame isn't ours for following our hearts,
Weeping wailing tortured soul crying out from hell.

Beating bashing fighting feelings forever lost I cry,
Fear unknown destroying life's memories of true love,
Withering flower of heart beat diminishes in rage.

Crashing rocky ledge of waves beaten path storms lie,
Broken dreams of promises left decaying on heartstring,
Death of love unborn is slowly released within reality.
