Poetry: Bitter Poetry
Taco Hell
by John

In bitter angst I remember well
enraptured as they ate their meal
watching two young lovers in Taco Bell
I remembered when our love was real
me calling you my sweet gordita
lost in loves chalupa haze
then you left me for a guy named peter
I drowned my sorrows in a daze
Now gazing at this couple I see
I know that only time will tell
if he will lose her just me
and dwell inside a taco hell
