Back From a One Way Hike
by elijah morzoko
walking down one dead end street
listening to my own beat
tons of cares in this tiny town
lots of disappointed frowns
everyone judges thats the way it is
everyone cares the way i live
so what if im different ,its me
why cant this be what the world sees
so insted i live as a hermit
you see this is what the world does permit
not accepting ones ways
forcing them to cut short their days
so as i walk down this lonely street
i think to myself ill never be beat
you cant make me stop and run
why my life has just started its fun
now i am walking on a major highway
gonaa live my life how i want,my way
i dont care what you feel
wake up u ass the worlds real
when you mature you will see
its ok to be different, you and me
racism ,prejudice,hate alike
now go on YOUR one way hike
your alone now so there ive one
its hard for you to hear your stunned
your behind now the worlds moved on
i hope you see that you are wrong
