The Angel of Protection

You lie beneath me
like a fallen dove
fragile and untouched
shivering from gallons of tears
that land around your body
as if you are an untouchable angel
The pressure from this world
tries to penatrate
but the gentle light
creates a barrier
allowing no evil to enter
You enter into our world
wiping away the cares
from each mind as you float across
allowing an inner peace
to shadow over each one
an inner peace
that causes feelings
that is unexplainable
