Poetry: Bitter Poetry
Dark Place
by JaneDoe

**I hate this dark place that I now know as home,
This world I was born to resembles the twilight zone,
Inside my head, I feel these thoughts,
Everyone’s feelings seem to be bought,
I feel as though I've been left to rot,
No one cares, my stomach knots,
I break down and begin to cry,
My only fantasy, "If only I'd die",
This life's so confusing, what should I do?
Pop some pills and start a new,
A smile taped on, I'll end up like you.
