Poetry: Bitter Poetry
Silhouette
by Katt

We loved each other or so I thought.
The day you left me, I realized I would never be the same.
I was blinded by the fantasy of love.
I didn't know that love was nothing but a stupid game.
You seemed to love me and I was naive.
In the end, I learned that you were using me.
You didn't love me the way I loved you.
You didn't care when you were losing me.
You lost me and killed me.
You stuck a knife through my heart.
I'm lying here bleeding and dying.
My pain is just another piece of your art.
Nothing remains from our dark past.
Nothing except my anger, hurt and pain.
All my dark emotions are nothing but
a silhouette of then that inside me remains.
