I want to dance with you
a crazy, river dance
stomp naked feet
spin endless loops
to the drumbeat
of the gods.

In this dance
I give to you
the kindness in my soul
In my mind
I'll carry you
and all that you behold.

I want to dance with you
a quiet, dreamy dance
make easy dips
sway rounded hips
to the lilting
of the fates

In this dance
I lend to you
