Hot metal music,
Bright, burning stars,
Roadhouse off the highway,
For sentimental cars
Thick, swirling smoke,
Ashes on the bar,
Sad, painted ladies,
Shameless city scars
Free, flowing whiskey,
Bouncer at the door,
Loose spirits probing,
High heels on the floor
Mad, lustful visions,
Thoughts you don’t deny,
Shots of liquid courage,
Strong, lonesome high
Early morning blues,
Silly, stunning calls,
Legs of naked silk,
Long, lean, and tall
Fire in the night,
Those brazen eyes that roam,
Blindly in the shadows,
For dreams they’ve never known
