The Morning Dew
by lydia soelter
Take me in the dew of the morning,
Let the sun smile upon us,
As his rays, lick our warm supple bodies.
Our embrace entwines taking in the ecstasy of the new day.
Do not turn your face away from me,
But place it within my bosom.
Let us again become one as the nude sky rises above us.
Take your hand and place it upon my thigh,
Drawing me closer with your strength, mold me to you.
Let me in this moment breathe you into my soul,
As the morning dew fades away.
