She bleeds
by Alison
I watch as my friend,
bleeds the life out of herself,
and I know that i am helpless to stop,
her from killing herself.
As I watch her I wonder,
who in the world to tell,
I know that she needs someone,
To stop her time in hell.
He brown eyes look at me,
In helpless serenity,
as I show her how to add fractions,
and we know that death will be her penealty.
Why won't she just ask for help?
life can't be this bad,
So horrible that she can only cry blood ,
when she's sad.
I can tell the next day,
She bleeds,
only tears from her arm,
and death by her collar leads.
I want to help her,
find a way to stop,
but my mouth is shut silent by promises,
until I wanna pop.
I plead with her,
with my sad eyes,
for her to come to me,
before she dies.
Later at her funeral,
If only she had heard my pleads,
I know that i could have told the whole world,
how my silent friend bleeds.
