A Mountains Too Low
by Erika Yvonne
A mountains too low,
For the places we've been,
The things we've shared,
The why, who, what, and when.
A mountains too low,
For after all you did care,
The moments of laughter,
And some of despair.
A mountains too low,
We've been here forever,
And together pulled through,
The nasty mean weather.
A moutains too low,
For all that we've done,
We shared each others lives,
We pulled out the sun.
A mountains too low,
For you bare my niece and nephew,
For the best, and what we've won,
You're a great sister too.
