Fear has a name

You can not see me but i am all around
I live inside of you but can not be found
I make myself known when you see great evil
I am strong and powerful but i am not the devil
I can change you your mind even when your not sure
I can break you like glass, smash you all over the flour
I make people weary and do stupid things
I make them think twice when the phone rings
I can be defeated but one thing you'll need
Courage and strength will certainly help you succeed
I am everywhere to be found always far and always near
In case you didn't notice my great name is fear
A little bit of me in moderation is not wrong
Overcome me in any obstacle and you will become strong.
