Poetry: Heartbreak & Healing
lonely climate
by leo woundedarrows

In the past the pain was strong,
we blame ourselves for being wrong.
But what is wrong with growing wise?
I see no fault in open eyes.
Mistakes are lessons we can't avoid.
Perfect hopes will be destroyed.
A heart should never break in vain,
When love is lost there's knowledge gained.
Those who think they know it all,
will surely stumble and probably fall.
Pay life attention, prepare to learn.
Watch your perspectives slowly turn.
An open mind is rich with thought.
A know it all can not be taught.
If you're in search of peace of mind
All your demons you must find.
Any grudge that you possess,
must disappear to shake the stress.
Those you hate you must forgive.
First you love and then you live.
Hate will only weigh you down.
Don't lose yourself before you're found.
This is my view on a couple of things
A small example of what mistakes can bring.
