Poetry: Heartbreak & Healing
In this place
by Lisa

In this place I did well
There was this girl that I knew well
She came and stole my heart from me
Now this girl has set me free
I saw a girl sitting on her knee
She was telling her the things she once told me
I ran home to cry on my bed not a single word was ever said
My mom came in my room late that night
to search for me left then right
She came thru the door which had to be broke
to find me hanging by a rope
And cut the rope to let me down
On the rope a note she found
Dig my Grave
Dig it Deep
Put silver tombstones Head to Feet
place on it a picture of a Dove
And show the world I died for Love
