Poetry: Heartbreak & Healing
I told you I'm sorry
by tiffany

I told you I'm sorry.
You said you understand.
But now you act like you don't know me.
It seems as if your a diffrent man.

I told you I'm sorry.
And I don't think you understand why.
Nor how many tears I've cryed
Just wishing to be by your side.

I told you I'm sorry about all the lies.
But now I know that no matter how many tears I've cryed, your never going to be by my side.

I've told you I'm sorry
And now your ignoring me.
I'm trying not to worry.
But theres always that picture of you and me.

I've told you I'm sorry
Do you just want me and you to end?
Talking all night on the phone, hope it would never end.
Chatting about all the things we wanna do to each other, dreaming ahead.

I told you I'm sorry
I dont think you understand
How bad I need you now and in my life.
Because I want you as my man.
