We started just as friends,
Talking, not wanting the nights to end.
Both of us innocent, with no intentions,
Lost in our world of conversations.
We thought it would be fun to mess around,
So we decided to hook-up at some school grounds.
From that one day of begin with each other,
Neither of us could stop thinking of another.
Just from one day of showing affection,
We came to realize we had a strong connection.
Not wasting any time, we started to date,
But something got in the way, who I began to hate.
I could not stand the idea of being far apart,
It would rip, and deeply break my heart.
Not being able to see the love of my life,
Feels like a deep stab in my heart with a blunt knife.
Id do anything anyone adores,
Just to be held in your arms once more.
Your soft, warm lips kissing on mine,
Your light touch which makes me feel Oh so fine.
The way you kissed my cheek with lil pecks,
Or just your heavy breathing on my neck.
Missing everything you used to say to me,
All I can do is remember how things used to be.
The way u whispered "I love you" made me so weak,
It was so easy for you to sweep me off my feet.
The sweetness you have is so amazing,
That thinking about it is just so breath taking.
This is the toughest thing I've ever gone through,
But no matter what, I'll always trust in you.
Its not easy to get rid of the cutting and the pain,
But just thinking of you gets me all happy again.
Things have always happened for a reason,
Which is something I've always believed in.
So for now im saying goodbye,
But my love for you will never die.
It's not to long till we can finally, really be together,
And then hopefully be with each other, always and forever.
