Save The Last Dance For Me
by Melissa

You were myfirst, my only
My one true love
So save the last dance for me

We go older, got married
We had kids, we got divorced
The kids grew up, had kids of there own
Then WE grew up and realized that we were ment to be together
So save the last dance for me

We retired at age 55
We traveled the world hand in hand
We were always together you and I
So save the last dance for me

Now that your gone I just sit and stare at your empty rocking chair
I think of all the times we shared
I think of you up in Heaven telling your jokes to all the angels
Then I sigh and think....
Save The First Dance For Me!
