I look out into the air to see if you are there.
I cannot find you there even though I look it seems everywhere.

Then I find you in my heart.
Even though we are apart.

You’ll always be there in my heart.
Even though I find it hard for me.
When we’re apart.

I know you need this time and space.
I hope you will find your place.

I have only wished for your happiness all along.
For that I will do anything.
And for now that means for me to be strong in my
commitment to you.

I pray in the morning and at night.
For us to come together in a new light.

You’re a special person.
One that gave me new hopes and dreams.
One that gave us new children to teach and learn from.
One that breathed new life into me. When I thought it wasn’t there.
For this I will always be glad that you were there.

I will keep looking out into the air.
God and my heart tell me you are there.

You’ll be in my heart and in my prayer.
