The Beauty of a Tear

Have you ever thought about,
the beauty in a single tear?
Containing all emotions,
Like joy, misery, love, fear.
A single drop of water,
A tiny drop of rain,
Barley bigger than a fingernail,
But filled with so much pain.
A heart that aches with sorrow,
A soul that weeps with woe,
Only through a tear,
Can their hurt the truly show,
So the next time you see someone cry,
Don't recoil in fear,
Stop and think and wounder at,
The beauty of a tear.
