Poetry: Unrequited Love
Lakhoon dayla aken (The heaven of my heart)
by angel ca'preece lumpkins

My lover has eyes like keys,
they are apt to open any soul,
and then along came DeNa Laviez,
intending to reach her goal.
My mind said kill,
my heart said heal,
so ready for war I had to remain.
The man thief came to me,
she displayed no shame to be...
so worthy of that name.
I can have him if I want him,
so easily she told me.
It will affect you to taurant me flaunt him.
And she turned her back boldly.
Deep breath from my lips,
deep sigh from my lahoon-nulenart.
I control myself before sillisunsi drips,
and keep tessamoon in my heart.
And never will I forget the day,
from Divi you were taken.
I can not embrace you,
but I shall keep a place for you,
in Lakhoon dayla aken.

tauraunt =watch and see
Lahoon-nulenart =open heart
sillisunsi =my first tear
