I try not to love you
I try to move on
But there is something inside
That constantly gnaws at my side
Those feelings that all I did was hide

Forgotten those days that we basked in laughter
and sunshine and love
Forgotten the mornings we woke at eachothers side
Forgotten the conversations we shared
Forgotten the simple things we did for each other
How do you forget memories that made time stand still and our hearts race on
Of course I remember the bad too
But that can be mended with some glue
There may be a millon fish I the sea but no two like you and me
You know what I mean there is no one who loves you like me
No one knows you like me
So again I try and these will be the last words I will ever say
