Poetry: Secret Love
Hello and Goodbye
by Hunter

Going away again
wondering what you're wearing
and bittersweet in blinking as I see you fade
and its all in my head again
because I know its another fantasy
of places not real and not yet seen

Tomorrow, tomorrow waking in a crooked shadow
and staring at the cracked plaster ceiling
and confining white walls that embrace me
in their bad timing

Is this what I wanted to say
or were the words too faint and wavery?
It must not mean a thing
because tomorrow I'm leaving again
wondering if I wasn't

Going away tomorrow
and it doesn't seem to be the end
though it was and it is
saying hello and goodbye
