NOW I Realize!

Now I realize what you was trying to tell me
When you said that you care about me,
And that you would always be there for me.
And love me for the person who I am

But deep down inside my heart
I had feelings for someone else,
You would tell me how much you love me

All you wanted was for us to be happy
And for us to be together
As Husband & Wife
And for us to have a little family

Now I'm sitting here by myself
Thinking about the opportunity that God gave me,
And I let it go away

I just hope one of these days we get to see each
other again.
So I could tell you how you mean to me

Now that I realize it I'm starting have strong
feelings for you

Now I realize who I had by my side.
Like they say you don't who you have
Until that special someone is gone.
