New Memories

As I sit in the movies alone,
I look to the right to see a happy couple,
With arms around each other and side by side,
As I look to the empty seat on the right I sigh,
For I wish you were here by my side,
But no matter how much I wish,
It's the rules we must abide,
And my feelings for you I must confide,
Only when the rules have briefly dispersed,
May my feelings for you surge out like a waterfall,
And the time given to spend with you,
Flies by faster than a blink of an eye,
And the once dark sky is now bright,
For a new memory with you has been born
