Poetry: Life Long Love
Untitled
by Michele

Heart crash, a messy break
Clean-cut and wretched fate
Dodging envy, living lies
Lightly as our souls can take.

Rearranged, alone, apart
Foreign to the deathly art
Each attempt to run and run
Contradicting heart to heart.

Softly-spojen long goodbye's
Your lips alone apologize
Take me back to begin again
Oh, how I've missed those eyes.

Shake me, see if I can breathe
Heavy does my chest still heave
You're living in my every thought
Our lustful love obscenities.

Forgive me for the thousandth time;
We always find a way to rhyme
Green eyes, green eyes
So brightly do you shine.

Like nothing I have ever seen
I swear to love you endlessly
Heaven reigns within your gaze
Until the day the sky turns green,
