Poetry: Life Long Love
He's All I Want
by Cassie Marie

He's All I Want:

I been searching for you the longest time
But then again to my foolish surprise you always been there
Like the shadows underneath the hot warm sun
Touching my soul deep inside, making me feel ecstasy in untouchable ways
As my breath stop, as did the sand of time once for us

What does my heart desire
Is what lies behind your crystal blue eyes?
Is a river that flows so madly deeply?
Into a horizon that leads me
With more then a belief
But a feeling of being complete, a connection
That no other essence has brought
Or can even replace

What I yearn for
Is your love, not any other love?
Is a vision of more then a jewel
Or a precious stone
That two souls can create
When they're love is more then a match in the heavenly divide
But fate and also faith
As you once reminded me

What do I want?
Is my security raped around me!
Your sweetness upon my lips
The time we spend apart forgotten
Wasted, making a path
For us to realize the class of this chapter

I what I want is to value those sparkle moments we shared together
Which I fear will be are last
Because death is upon us
As I let and forget what pours deep with in me
As I watch my true self vanished

Which plays the role as a tragic novel?
But what I prey is for you to see time is running out
What I feel is, I no longer has the straight to walk this road alone
I still cry over those crystal blue eyes
A river that once ran so deep
A man who I know still loves me
What I want is for him to see me
Before I am finally gone
