And I'm ready to wait. For the one man, the one I love, whiles he's in prison. For our love is something different, unpopular and tested by the system. But you what? I love this man, and yup, he's in prison. But our love will soar high, until the old lie dies.
I tell my baby all the time that prison does not define who he is. I thank God for the vision, that I can love someone that's in prison. And as long as God approves, I no longer need to pay the dues, for loving my man, he's in prison, but God has given us the tools to not listen to those fools.
