Poetry: Life Long Love
He-GIVENCHY
by Lisa

She met him as a stranger,
a stranger with a warm smile.
He met her as a stranger,
a stranger with a beautiful eyes.
She tastes of cherry when his
lips touched hers,
He smells of Tommy when his
warm body touched hers.
Her laughter made of
sunrise,
His voice a breezy
cool mid-day.
She drew a heart in between
their names,
He combined them into one.
She thought nothing will change,
He knew things will change.
She remains his cherry,
He changed to Calvin Klein.
Her laughter faded into silence sob,
His voice the sound
of quiet night -empty.
She still drew a heart between
their names,
He erased hers.
She remains his cherry,
He -GIVENCHY.
