been through alot too
times have been tough
but i still love you

our lives can change in an instant
for the good and for the bad
but we have to stay strong
and try not to be sad

we said no matter what
we'd be friends forever
but things have changed
and all we hear is "never"

maybe life will get better
maybe we'll get a break
but as life goes on
our friendship we will take
