christmas time is here again
a time to share the love we have
for all our family and friends

it's a time to reknew old aquaintences
that life has pulled apart
a time to let them know
they've never left our heart

it's a time to remember the good times
which are memories we hold dear
a time to thank the lord above
who takes away our fears

this time was really meant for him
and the gift of life he gave
for he gave the earthly life he had
and all of us he saved

he was born December 25fth
and on a cross he died
he didn't die for what he did
but so we could survive

so when you celebrate christmas time
and give your gifts of love
please remember the gift you received
from the loving lord above
